The Melbourne Zoo, set in the Parkville district, is filled with stuff for little ones, so it’s a perfect way to treat the family. This is a theme park that’s also got a historic heritage – it dates all the way back to 1912.
As you’d expect from such a busy town, the partying is 24-7 too. Head to the city centre to get in on an amazing club scene at top venues such as Young and Jackson. Any nightlife taste is catered for. In the inner northen suburbs you’ll find the bohemian scene, with a more relaxed atmosphere, and super-chic bars. If you want to go to the swankist part of town, your best bet is probably Toorak road in Praha. It’s close to the beach, so you get a great veranda atmosphere too.
