SATURDAY ARRIVALS ONLY - The Waldhof Hotel occupies an elevated position approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the centre of Zell am See. When snow condiotions and weather are good it is possible to ski back to the hotel from the Zellerberg Gondola. The City Express ski lift is 350 metres from the hotel and the Zeller Gondola is a five minute walk away whist the free ski bus stops approximately 100 metres away and the Waldhof. Zell am See is a small town that benefits from a pedestrian centre, and a wide range of shops, restaurants and off-slope activity options. On the slopes, Zell can offer year round skiing with bus links to the glacier of neighbouring Kaprun and the area has over 50 miles of trails, most on the Schmittenhohe Mountain behind the town. Leisure facilities at the hotel include a sauna, two whirlpools, a steam bath and a heated outdoor pool. There is also a games room, children’s playroom and weekly live music.
