The hotel has 39 rooms that are all individually decorated with quirky style and quality furnishings. All rooms have wireless internet and cable TV. There are some themed rooms, including a Mozart room, and a Sound of Music room (Mozart was born in the city, and his former home is now a museum; the Sound of Music was set there). Many of the city's attractions are close to the hotel. The Mirabell Gardens, a formal garden created in the seventeenth century, is a couple of minutes walk away. Other attractions include Salzburg Cathedral and the Hohensalzburg Fortress, a huge castle that towers above the city. Staff at the hotel can arrange tours of the major sights.
