Antwerp City attractions:

• The City of Antwerp located in North-Eastern Belgium is most certainly known as the cultural heart of the country. The spectacular architecture includes that of the KBC Tower; the tallest building in Antwerp and the oldest skyscraper in Europe.

• Antwerp is home to the De Koninck brewery and their beer is found in most pubs in the city.

• Of the many pubs on Vlasmarkt, Stamineeke is the one true specialist beer café. It's a two-storey affair, in another 17th century house in the Antwerp style.

• Antwerp has been known as the Diamond Centre of the World for centuries. So it is hardly surprising that this city is home to the largest Diamond Museum in the world.
• The image and sound museum is totally unique to Antwerp. With a vast amount of transport links and the city’s pedestrianized streets this museum is easy to find and enjoy.
• Antwerp's Cathedral of Our Lady is one of the most impressive Gothic churches in all of the Low Countries. With Gothic frills and a forest like interior of seven aisles, the cathedral is a sight to behold.
