Overview

The Hotel and Apartments Garden of Eden is a beachfront holiday complex, beautifully situated just outside Sveti Vlas in a south facing position overlooking the beach and sea. It looks out towards the beautiful medieval peninsula of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site, and you can also see the lights at night from the Sunny Beach resort which is just three miles away by road. To make the trip into Sunny Beach there is a regular shuttle bus service to there and back.

The complex consists of a small five-star hotel and 580 properties which are built in a traditional Bulgarian Style with its red tiled roofs and deep eaves and are spread throughout the attractive complex landscape filled with cascading streams, natural paths and plenty of flora. Utilising both local wood and stone, the Garden of Edenis modern in style but also combines the beauty of traditional building designs associated with the Nessebar area of Bulgaria.

The hotel itself has 48 luxury double rooms and six exquisitely appointed suites, all individually decorated with elegance and style. All suites and most of the rooms offer both spectacular sea and beautiful garden views. There are also a selection of studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. No vehicles are allowed onsite except for electric buggies which ferry people around the village.

The luxurious accommodation is complimented by a varied range of facilities including numerous bars and restaurants, including an a la carte offering, plenty of swimming pools and sun terraces, a fitness centre, sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi, a hairdressing and beauty salon, massage facilities, a tennis court, children’s playgrounds, billiards and a computer game room. There is also a private beach and wide range of water sports including sailing, water skiing, pedal boats and sea-fishing trips.
