Beaches in English Harbour:

The beaches around English Harbour are generally less developed than those further to the north of the island, but Pigeon Point is a lovely beach with gorgeous white sand and clear, sparking waters.

If you fancy the idea of a proper, resort-style beach for a day, then there is always the option of taking an excursion to the popular area of Dickenson Bay.

If you love history, then English Harbour, situated within Nelson’s Dockyard National Park which has been restored to its former glory as a British Navy Dockyard in the Georgian Era and is full of wonderful historic sites, with fantastic colonial architecture.
