Location

The beach hotel is set in landscaped tropical gardens, directly on the beautiful sandy Dickinson Bay beach. It is a lively resort offering a wide range of activities both on land and sea, that appeals to couples and families alike. Guests are assured a fun and relaxing tropical holiday. The hotel is located 7 miles from the V C Bird International airport and 4 miles from St. John's.

Facilities

The hotel comprises of low-rise buildings with a total of 210 rooms, of which 105 are Superior rooms, 48 are Poolside room, 16 are Beachfront rooms and 17 are Beachfront suites. It offers a great choice of dining experiences including the unique 'Warri Pier'. Further facilities include a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, a bar, a TV room, a restaurant and Internet access (fees apply) as well as conference facilities. A laundry service is also provided as well as a kids club for younger guests.

Rooms

Standard rooms come with an en suite bathroom, 2 double beds, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, balcony/terrace and have a garden view. Superior rooms are like the Standard rooms, but come with 1 king-size or 2 twin beds, individually adjustable air conditioning, hairdryers, a bath and satellite TV. Poolside rooms are like the Superior, but are larger with a mini fridge and are closer to the pool and beach. Beachfront rooms are similar to the Poolside, but are smaller (cannot take an extra bed) and are situated directly on the beach. Beachfront suites as the Beachfront rooms, but come with a separate spacious sitting room and bedroom.

Sports/Entertainment

A varied selection of regular local entertainment is offered, including live bands, cultural shows, and limbo dancing. Guests can take advantage of activities such as windsurfing (using standard boards), sunfish sailing, kayaking and snorkelling equipment. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, an area for beach volley ball and 4 all-weather tennis courts (fees apply for floodlights). Scuba diving and deep sea fishing are also available at a added charge. An 18-hole golf course is only 5 miles from the hotel (fees apply). Massage treatments are also available at the hotel for an additional charge.
