Overview
The Yellow Bird Hotel can be found towards the end of the St Lawrence Gap area on the islands south coast. The hotel is directly across the street from the lovely ‘Little Bay’ where the sea is exceptionally shallow at low tide and the reef which borders and protects the bay is a great place to snorkel. All of the 19 air conditioned studios and three two-bedroomed suites at the Yellow Bird Hotel are oceanfront and enjoy views of the Caribbean.
St Lawrence Gap is a mile long stretch of road and at night, 'the Gap' comes alive! There are plenty of nightclubs, some open air, offering calypso, regaae, international jazz and R&B and alongside its lively nightlife there are bars, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of the Yellow Bird Hotel. Watersports including water skiing, boogie boarding, jet skiing and kayaking are also within easy reach.
