Overview
The 7,362-m² hotel was built in 2010 on a total area of 45,000 m². It has 186 rooms, with an approximate area of 41 m² each, on 6 storeys covering one residential block. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. It also comprises a hairdressing salon, café, bar, restaurant and conference facilities. Furthermore, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and a garage are provided.
Location
The hotel is located on Quinta Avenida, in front of the diplomatic and commercial area of the Miramar Trade Center. Links to public transport are within easy walking distance, as is the Caribbean Sea.
