It is located 5 miles from the Ocho Rios shopping area and is 65 miles east of Montego Bay airport with a transfer time of 2 hours by road or 30 minutes by plane.

The hotel is suitable for couples (over 18), honeymooners, newlyweds and retired couples. The resort has 226 rooms, with selections of lovely views of the Caribbean Sea. (Best views have additional costs). All rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, walk-in showers, a satellite flat screen television and a telephone. Premier suites have additional facilities like Jacuzzis, a private balcony and refrigerators stocked daily with alcohol and soft drinks.

The Couples Tower Isle has a 24 hour dining service that serves three meals a day with additional snacks in between, plus wine served with lunch and dinner.
