Hotel location
This luxurious hotel is situated directly on what is considered to be St. Lucia's finest beach. The resort is set amidst landscaped tropical gardens. It is 6 miles from Castries, 5 miles from G. F. Charles Airport (10-minute drive) and 39 miles from Hewanorra International Airport (75-minute drive).
Room description
Deluxe suites come with a bedroom equipped with a king-size or twin beds (some also have sofa beds), a living room, luxury bathroom with hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, direct dial telephone, cable TV, radio, background music system, minibar, tea/coffee facilities, an ironing set, a safe and a patio overlooking the gardens. Sea View Deluxe suites are as Deluxe, but come with a balcony offering pool and sea views (may interconnect with either a Grand Deluxe or the Presidential suite). Beachfront Deluxe suites are as Sea View Deluxe, but directly overlook the beach, have a more spacious living room with a DVD player, a large private sundeck and a terrace area, as well as an additional TV in the bedroom and a wet bar on terrace. Grand Deluxe suites are as Sea View Deluxe but come with a large terrace for entertaining or intimate dining. The Presidential suite directly overlooks the beach and has a two tier terrace; the lower terrace offering a shaded relaxation area, wet bar and a Jacuzzi, whilst the upper terrace offers a private sun deck and dining pagoda.
Sport activities description
A varied selection of regular local and cultural entertainment is offered, featuring live bands for dancing, classical and jazz performances, as well as limbo and steel bands. There is an outdoor swimming pool with parasols and a relaxing swim-up pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols can be found on the beach for guests' use. Windsurfing (using standard boards), sunfish sailing and snorkelling equipment are all available (charged to guests' accounts). Scuba diving and parasailing are also available at a charge. There is a golf course and horse riding facilities nearby. Guests can pamper themselves in the hotel spa.
