Overview
The Coconut Bay Resort and Spa enjoys a prominent oceanfront setting and features two worlds in one on St. Lucia`s exotic south side. Harmony, the resort’s tranquil adult-only oasis offers the perfect setting for those seeking a romantic escape with a coconut palm fringed pool, hammocks, intimate cabana beds and the Kai-Mer Spa. At the opposite end of the resort families are drawn into the resort`s tropical playground Splash, featuring Coco Kidz Club, daily activities and the CocoLand water park. It also has the largest resort beach in St. Lucia, stretching along the Atlantic Ocean. The white sand beach is raked daily and offers cabanas, chaises, volleyball and views of the Maria Islands.

Eating and drinking
The hotel has 4 restaurants and 5 bars. The dining options include:
Silk’s – Is Coconut Bay’s a la carte restaurant serving modern Asian cuisine. Family and adults only sittings available and dinner reservations will need to be pre-booked. A dress code will apply to all guests when dining.
Coconut Walk - Coconut Bay’s main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The casual buffet-style restaurant features an internationally inspired menu to ensure guests have a variety of culinary options to dine from.
Beachside Grill – For a quick meal in between enjoying the beach or waterpark, or late night snack, the Beachside Grill offers favourites such as burgers, pizza, chicken and salads from 11am to 1am daily.
There are also Caribbean Nights and Wild West themed dinners two nights each week. The bars include a lobby bar, a swim-up pool bar and an adults only bar. All bars serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Calabash – Is Coconut Bay’s a la carte restaurant specialising in Caribbean fusion and Creole inspired dishes. Family and adults only sittings available and dinner reservations will need to be pre-booked. A dress code will apply to all guests when dining.
Capri – Guests can dine in a relaxed, candle lit, al fresco setting whilst enjoying local Caribbean ingredients infused with traditional Italian favourites. Capri opens for dinner only and guests will need to pre-book to reserve a table.
Accommodation
Splash is a suitable for all accommodation section of the resort, and Harmony is the adults only wing.

Junior Suite Ocean View - These rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults and are equipped with a king size bed, bathroom, luxuriy furnishings including a 4 poster bed and sitting room, bar area, bathrobes and nightly turn down servcie.
Deluxe Garden View - Ground level rooms with views of lush tropical landscaping and glimpses of ocean. Rooms have two queen beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, patios, hairdryers, iron and board, safe, satellite TV, radio alarm and coffee and tea service.
Deluxe Ocean View – Second, third and fourth floor with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms have one king or two queen beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, balconies, iron and board, safe, satellite TV, radio alarm and coffee and tea service. Interconnecting rooms in both of these categories are available for larger families.
Premium Ocean View - Fourth floor rooms with vast views of the Atlantic Ocean. Premium rooms include luxury furnishings including a sofa, a mini-fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, one king bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, balconies, iron and board, safe, flat screen satellite TV, radio alarm and coffee and tea service.
Honeymoon Premium Ocean View - Fourth floor rooms with vast views of the Atlantic Ocean. Premium rooms include a mini-fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, one king bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, balconies, iron and board, safe, flat screen satellite TV, radio alarm and coffee and tea service.
