The
Balearics consist of three main islands - Mallorca,
Menorca and Ibiza. A Balearic holiday offers endless
possibilities including long, golden, sandy beaches, 300
plus days of sunshine a year and a rich cultural
heritage. Mallorca is the largest of the islands with a
flight time from the UK of two to two and a half hours
and many different activities and attractions. Although
it is the second largest of the islands, Menorca has
been able to retain much of its traditional past and
avoid over development. Ibiza is the third largest
Balearic Island and is best known as the Party Island.
It lives up to its reputation for all night parties but
there is a lot more to the island including tourist
attractions and plenty of superb beaches for relaxation.
All the islands share a similar landscape with woodland,
almond trees, fertile plains and magnificent coastlines
interspersed with sandy coves. Holidays in the Balearic
Islands have long been popular with tourists and
attracts all ages and tastes, with something for
everyone, from the Ibiza clubs of Space, Pacha and
Amnesia and Mallorca hotspots like BCM Magaluf and Palma
Nova to the historic cultural cities such as the
