Amazing Ayia Napa

Known over as a mecca for holidays of sun, sand and wild nights out, Ayia Napa has fully earned itself a reputation as one of Europe’s top party capitals. However, amongst all the fun, Aiya Napa holidays have much more to offer away from the beach and bars. Home to a scattering of ancient ruins, a plethora of fantastic restaurants and a wealth of scenic delights, there’s something to suit everyone.

Stunning beaches host sun-worshippers throughout the day, who kick back on the golden sands and enjoy a cheeky cocktail in a beachside bar. By night the resort really comes alive with music, strobe lighting and general high spirits, as the clubs throw open their doors and keep the party going until the sun comes up.

Beachside Living

Ayia Napa’s resort status is not unfounded, as the town, its outskirts and its coastline host a wealth of indulgent and lavish 5-star hotel complexes, as well as more affordable, sleek and modern alternatives. The town centre offers a brilliant selection of smaller hotels and guesthouses, perfect for those looking to soak up all the fun.

If you are looking to treat yourself to an Ayia Napa holiday in luxurious style, the many recently developed holiday complexes scattered along the coast are the perfect accommodation choice. With beautifully designed rooms and lavish swimming pools to sunbathe by and cool down in, these 5-star beauties are all topped off by fabulous ocean views!

Relaxing Days and Lively Nights

Although Ayia Napa’s beaches are perfect for lazing in the sun and topping up the tan, the resort is truly spoilt when it comes to stretches of gorgeous glittering coastline, offering endless opportunities for exploration. The cluster of bays that form Makronissos beach sprawl out in different directions across the sea, forming a beautiful, unspoilt and relatively quiet beach alternative to the more popular coastal destinations. A great way to experience the scope of the Ayia Napa coastline is to hop on a boat tour and sail your way around the scattered islands; giving you the opportunity to discover intriguing coves and hideaway banks of sand.

Of course, Ayia Napa’s main draw is its explosive and unstoppable nightlife. From the swanky cocktail bars that line the beautiful beach front, to the simmering energy of the central clubbing district, nights out are not to be taken in any half-measures on an Ayia Napa holiday. The musical diversity of the top nightspots has widened in recent years, with a number of alternative venues offering nights of reggae, Latin and Cuban inspired rhythms. To know Ayia Napa is to know it after dark – throw on your dancing shoes and get stuck in!

Ayia Thekla Beach is a popular beach in the area which is known for its white sandy beaches. The turquoise water and perfect weather is great for simply relaxing on and topping up your tan, or going for a swim in the cool waters.

Try your hand at some of the water sports, which are in abundance along the coastline. If you've never tried water skiing, paragliding or snorkelling, then when you take a holiday to Ayia Napa you will have the chance to.

Top Beaches

Nissi Bay is situated 3km away from the town centre, but is worth the visit as it is secluded and very pretty. Ayia Thekla is the main beach and there are also several other beaches in the area for you to explore – you'll be spoilt for choice!

Nick’s Hotel Apartments are just moments away from the coast and offer a convenient location to visit local restaurants and bars. It’s perfect for groups to enjoy the beach by day and the lively centre by night.
