There are various restaurants including The Sailor`s Rest and the Palladium, both serving a variety of cuisine. The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes all meals and snacks, full American breakfast buffet, continental breakfast/snack from 10am to midday, lunch including cold and hot appetizers, variety of meats, fish, pizzas, pasta, salads and a variety of desserts, snacks from 3pm to 6pm, pasta and fast food in the Splash Restaurant, grills and salads at the beach bar in summer, dinner at the Palladium Restaurant including buffets, theme buffet (twice a week), late evening snacks until midnight, Italian Cuisine in the Octagon (advance reservations required, Arabic / Mediterranean cuisine in the Phoenician (advance reservations required), grills and fast food in the Splash Restaurant, International cuisine at the Sailors Rest (advance reservations required). For the Sailor's Rest only, an allowance of 5 Cypriot pounds per person will be granted, drinks not included, unlimited domestic and imported (selected brands only) beverages at the hotels bars and restaurants until midnight. New villas are being constructed approximately 200 metres from the hotel. Work is carried out Monday to Friday from 07.30am until 04.00pm. The site is screened however some of the villas can be seen from the pool area. Work is due to finish at the end of 2008.
