The Sapphire Suites is in front of the main entrance of the Golden 5 City Hotels and Beach Resort complex, the facilities of which guests are welcome to use. Guests can enjoy the facilities of all of the Golden City Hotels and a shuttle bus is available to transfer guests between the hotels. The Diamond Hotel itself has a main restaurant serving international cuisine, a 24 hour lobby bar, a billiard bar, a fish restaurant and the Pergola Sea Rock Beach Bar and Restaurant.

Among the many facilities available to guests of the Diamond Hotel and Beach Resort are a 24 hour room and concierge service, currency exchange facilities, an internet cafe, a beauty salon and a selection of shops in the hotel lobby.
