Along the beach, there are bargains to be found, especially with rugs and silver, which are cheaper here than in the large cities.

Being so white and sandy, the beaches are one of the main attractions in Nuweiba, and they aren't overcrowded, which is simply heaven! Also, you can relax if on holiday with young children, as the bay is shallow, calm and safe.
Delving deeper into the Red Sea is a must for scuba diving fans, as there are many reefs to explore. Diving sites include Ras Burka, Maagana and Devil's Head. Snorkelling can also be done in the shallower waters, and water skis can be rented from hotels.
Quiet, deserted areas of beach can be discovered during Nuweiba holidays, and a walk along the coast can lead you to hidden coves. However, the entire resort is very peaceful all year round, and there should be no need to try and find somewhere quieter.
