The all inclusive Hilton Sharks Bay Hotel overlooks the beach at Sharks Bay, on the shores of the Red Sea in Egypt`s Sinai peninsula. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and only seven miles from the shopping area of Naama Bay, a popular tourist area of Sharm El Sheikh.

The hotel`s wining and dining options include the Mahfouz Restaurant which serves international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner while guests enjoy views over the gardens.This restaurant is also open as chill out bar on two days per week.

Caffe Cino overlooks the children`s playground and is a great place to drop by for a specialty coffee, light lunch or evening drinks. Il Rustico is a lively Sharks Bay restaurant, open for dinner it serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine which includes pizzas and pastas a la carte, a sizzling barbecue buffet on the terrace, or a daily 3-course menu. The stylish and contemporary Chill Out Bar offers a wide selection of cocktails at night-time whilst the Sunset Bar opens throughout the day, and is obviously the best place to watch the sunset, and enjoy the views of the Red sea with a relaxing drink.

The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes breakfast, served in the main restaurant from 6.30am till 11am with juices, filter coffee, tea and hot chocolate, a morning snack from 11am till 12noon with croissants and Danish, filter coffee, tea and soft drinks, lunch is served on the Il Rustico Terrace from 12noon till 3pm or a full lunch buffet is served in Mahfouz Restaurant from 12.30pm to 3pm with salads, hot dishes, sweets, fruits, soft drinks, local wines and local draught beer. Sandwiches and the resorts famous `HotDog` is served in the Sunset Bar from 12noon till 3pm, afternoon snacks are available at the Il Rustico Terrace from 3pm to 6pm with sandwiches, cakes and fruit. Dinner is served in the Mahfouz Restaurant and IL Rustico Restaurant from 7pm to 10.30pm and includes international buffets with live cooking stations, soft drinks, local wines and local draught beer, filter coffee and tea. Evening snacks are available from 11pm to 2am with light snacks served informally in the Chillout bar. Ice cream is served from 12noon till 5pm at the pool and beach. All drinks are served by the glass and international measures apply. Drinks available on the AI option include mineral water, soft drinks (excluding fresh fruit juices), local draught beer, filter coffee and tea - all served in the pool bar from 10am to 12am, beach bar from 10am to 6pm, Sunset bar from 10am to 0:00am and the Chill out lounge from 6pm until 2am, Q-Club bar from 16:00 till 00:00, at the Olympic Bar from 18:00 till 02:00, Waves bar from 08:00 till 20:00 and at the Splash bar from 08:00 till 19:00. Local wine will be served during meal periods only in IL Rustico and Mahfouz Restaurants. Food and beverages NOT in the AI option include special coffees (espresso, cappuccinos, cafe latte), freshly squeezed juice, all imported alcohol and imported wines and champagnes, the Bedouin Corners (second floor of Sunset bar) Shisha pipe and local specialty drinks.
