There are plenty of options for wining and dining onsite at the Hilton Waterfalls Resort. The Verdis Bistro offers pizza fresh from the oven or classic Italian cuisine in contemporary surroundings and is open for lunch and dinner. Discover the delights of authentic Lebanese mezze at the intimate Zahle Restaurant. Open for dinner it offers a true taste of the Middle East or perhaps you would prefer Oriental and Italian cuisine from the Cascades Restaurant which opens throughout the day and has daily themed buffets as well as a selection of international wines and cocktails. For fine wines, great seafood and international cocktails, head for the Seashore Restaurant which opens for dinner and offers a casual dining atmosphere, under the stars, in a poolside setting. Take a break from the pool during the day in the Pool Island Bar and Restaurant. This palm-fringed oasis offers shade from the Egyptian sun and is a great place to enjoy a relaxing lunch of salad, sandwiches and local specialities. Get the Latin spirit at the Latinos Bar where you can enjoy Mexican snacks such as nachos and salsa whilst sipping on a beer and catching up with the latest sport action on TV. In the evening the bar is also a popular spot for live entertainment. For a beachfront cocktail and fabulous Red Sea views there is no better venue than the Tipsy Turtle Bar which is just a few steps away from your beach lounger and finally the 24 hour Cafe Shalalat, in the hotel lobby, allows you to ease yourself into the day with coffee or a breakfast pastry, meet up for afternoon tea or a dessert or just relax with a cocktail or a glass of wine from the extensive wine list. As you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, room service is also available 24 hours a day.
The All Inclusive package at the Hilton Hotel includes breakfast buffet at La Cascade from 6.30am till 11am, late breakfast at the Sea Shore terrace from 11am till 1pm, lunch buffet at La Cascade from 1pm till 3pm, salad and snacks at the Sea Shore terrace from 1pm to 3pm, ice cream from 1.30pm to 4.30pm at Sea Shore terrace, afternoon break at the Sea Shore terrace from 3pm to 6.30pm, dinner buffet at La Cascade from 6.30pm till 10pm, night snacks at the Disco Blues from 10pm till midnight. Drinks available include local soft drinks, canned fruit juices, American coffee, tea, cappuccino, espresso, local Stella beer, special cocktails and local spirits (whisky, gin, vodka and rum). The above drinks are available 24 hours at the following venues (times vary) - Cafe Shalalat (opens 24 hours a day), Tipsy Turtles Beach Bar (from 10am till sunset), Pool Island Bar (from 10am till sunset), Health Club Pool Bar (from 10am till sunset), Latinos Bar (from 1pm to 1am), La Cascade (from 1pm to 3pm and again from 6.30pm to 10pm). Local wine (regular brands) are served at La Cascade Restaurant during lunch and dinner only. Shisha is available in the Shish Bish Lounge from 5am to 1.30am along with a variety of Egyptian and Oriental hot drinks. Your in-room mini bar will be refilled with 2 large bottles of natural water daily and there are complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
The following are not included in your package - dinner at Verdi’s Italian Restaurant. (allowances LE 25.00 per person), dinner at Sea Shore Seafood Restaurant (allowances LE 25.00 per person or available set menu for package guests), breakfast, lunch and dinner via room service (all meals at extra charge). The following bars and drinks are also not included in your package – the Chillax Bar, the On the Rocks Beach Bar, all imported alcoholic drinks, premium local wine brands and fresh juices. All drinks are ordered and served by glass and one drink at a time. The management reserves its rights to make any changes in the meal or bar location without prior notice.
All inclusive activities include tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football, billiards, darts, boccie, water polo, water aerobics, open air stretching, belly dancing and Latino lessons, cards, chess, backgammon, fitness centre (gym), sauna and steam rooms. All above activities are by the hour and advanced reservation is required. The following services and facilities are not included in your package - massage services, laundry and dry cleaning services, internet service (available 24 hours a day), baby-sitting service (available upon request), medical service, (in-house doctor 24 hours a day), telephone, diving centre, shuttle bus, limousine service and the shopping centre.
