The Sol Y Mar Shams Suites Resort is located in Nabq Bay, overlooking the lagoon. The Shams Suites Resort occupies a contemporary-style property spread over three storeys. The resort extends to an outdoor pool and offers a kid s club for 4 to 12 year olds and a children s playground. A shuttle bus runs to the beach, and further amenities include complimentary parking and laundry facilities.

The Sol Y Mar Shams Suites houses the Sofra Restaurant serving international dishes and the poolside Terrace Bar offering snacks and light refreshments. The 47 guestrooms and suites have modern Middle Eastern-style decor with wrought-iron furnishings, and extend to furnished balconies or terraces. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite television, telephones, hair dryers, minibars, and safes.

Guests at the Shams Suites are also welcome to use the extensive facilities, activities and shopping or dining venues of the nearby Mirabel Resort Complex. Water slides for the children and a private beach are available at Mirabel Resort Complex or you can use their gym, sauna, steam room and massage facilities with an extra charge.
