Overview

The Sonesta Club Sharm is on Naama Bay overlooking the Red Sea and the South Sinai Peninsula’s desert and mountains. This traditional Nubian-style resort is surrounded by landscaped gardens and a dramatic pool area and shares its beach with Sonesta Beach Resort and Casino.

The Sonesta Club Sharm El Sheikh has 409 guest rooms and one of the largest aqua parks in Sharm El Sheikh. In addition, the hotel has two great main pools divided into seven pools and a diving centre. The hotel also offers an open air jacuzzi for relaxation and a children's entertainment and activity programme for the younger guests.

Guests can also pamper themselves with a sauna or steam bath, work out in the Sonesta Club's fitness centre or just relax with massage treatments in the health spa. The hotel has several fine dining options and a popular discotheque where you can dance the night away!

Swimming pools

The hotel has a private 300 metre stretch of sandy beach (at the adjacent Sonesta Beach Resort), 7 fresh-water swimming pools, including 3 heated pools for the winter season, 2 children's pools and an aqua park with 3 slides. There is also a dive centre for scuba diving and snorkeling with all the necessary equipment and training available.

Eating and drinking

The hotel has various options for wining and dining including the Nubian Dining Room, the resort's main dining room and terrace which serves buffet breakfast, lunch and theme-night buffet dinner, featuring International and Egyptian cuisine. The Dolphin Restaurant and Bar overlooks the main pool and serves lunch, dinner and refreshing tropical cocktails, all in a casual atmosphere. The Nubian Cafe is an Oriental-style cafe which also overlooks the main pool and serves Shisha (water-pipe) with a wide selection of flavored tobacco and Oriental beverages. Another casual dining experience can be found in the Bistro Restaurant and Bar which offers light meals for lunch and dinner plus an extensive selection of cocktails and beverages. Finally the Discotheque offers entertaining dance music and a wide range of cocktails and snacks.
