Swimming pools

There is a large swimming pool at the hotel as well as a separate childrens pool. There is also plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for guest to use. The hotel also puts on a free transfer to the Zouara Beach where sun beds, umbrellas and a towel service are all available free of charge.

Eating and drinking

The main restaurant here serves an extensive buffet selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet is available 7am-10am, light lunch buffet is available 1pm-3pm and dinner buffet is available 7pm-9pm.

There is also a pool bar open 10am-10pm which serves a range of delicious snacks, juices and cocktails. The lobby bar also serves drinks and is open 7pm - 10pm. At these bars, the all inclusive drinks will be served.

All inclusive drinks include:

• Local Egyptian hard liquors ( Vodka, Rum, Brandy, Gin, Whisky)

All drinks will be served in by glasses at all areas. Any consumption based on full bottles will be paid in cash. Room service is not included in the all inclusive concept. Christmas & New Year gala dinner are excluding any beverages. Mini Bar service and fresh juices are not included in AI package. All inclusive package is valid till 12:00 hrs. noon time on the departure day. All inclusive is not available on the beach. Wine can be ordered during meals ( Lunch & Dinner).

Accommodation

Each room includes a telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, air conditioning, bathroom with tub and shower, hairdryer and all feature a terrace or balcony looking onto the pool or gardens.

The hotel also has table tennis, pool table and water polo. If you want a massage they also provide professional masseurs at the massage corner by the pool.

There is a 24 hour reception desk with multilingual staff, a luggage room, money exchange, souvenir shop, limo service, shuttle bus service to the beach, laundry service, 24 hour doctors clinic and wifi. (some of these incur an additional cost)
