Are my credit card and personal details
secure?
Yes, our site is secure. The details you enter are encrypted so they
can't be read as they are sent over the internet. They are then
stored on a secure computer.

How can I book?
You can book by phoning 0871 221 9049. The best prices are
available online.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard*,
Visa*, Delta and Switch. (*Please note that a handling fee of 2%
will be charged on payments by credit card)

How do I make a special request on a
booking?
You can make a special request by calling 0871 221 9049. We will
then pass your request onto your chosen accommodation, however we
cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
What documents will you send me and when?
Full details of what documents you should expect and when will be
shown on the confirmation page of this site after you have completed
your booking. Flight tickets will be posted to you in the normal
manner when received from the supplier.
When and how are my tickets delivered?
Low cost carriers operate a document free service, therefore no
tickets will be issued. Your passport and booking reference are all
that is required at check-in. Charter airlines all issue tickets,
these will be posted to you approximately 7 to 10 days prior to
departure. If you have paid for collection at the airport, you will
have collection details on your confirmation paperwork.
What are the specific terms of the contract
with the airline?
The contract and the standard terms of each airline vary
considerably, but in any event, with the charter carriers are
included in the documentation sent out with the tickets, and with
the low cost carriers / ba.com. If in doubt customers should please
refer to the airline website for details.
What are the details of the price
guarantee?
If you find a cheaper "like for like" combination of flight and
hotel offered by any other company (and not offered as a package)
within 7 days of booking, but prior to arrival,

The prices shown are per room for the specific party size you have
selected, or per person and party for flights.
What child discounts are available?
Many of our hotels and apartments are ideal for families, and offer
great deals for children, often including free child places. These
are taken into account in the total price shown for the party size
you have selected.
Up to what age do children qualify for
discounts?
The age limits for child discounts vary from hotel to hotel, and
from product to product. Our holidays are always shown in price
order, with the lowest prices for the holidays you have selected
shown at the top of the list. That way it is easy for you to choose
the family holiday that suits you best.
What additional charges will there be?
You may be charged for any extras you book and pay for locally.
These could include telephone calls, use of the mini bar, room
service, spa facilities, laundry, extra nights etc.
On Holiday
What happens to my hotel booking if my flight is delayed?
If your arrival date at your accommodation is delayed for any
reason, you must advise the hotel directly prior to your arrival
date, or your entire booking will be cancelled, and cancellation
charges will be applied.
What are the check in and out times for my
hotel?
Normal check in/out times vary by property but as a rule, please use
this guide.
Check In: 3pm
Check Out: 11am
Rooms may be kept on later, to be agreed with the property direct,
for an extra charge.
Is there someone I can contact if I have a
problem when I am in resort?
Yes. Your hotel voucher will show the contact telephone number for
our local representative.
