It is located in the La Falaise district, in the resort of Avoriaz and benefits from direct access to the slopes on skis. Avoriaz, situated close to the Swiss border, is a car-free resort making it ideal for families and enjoys a good snow record with 650km of pistes ensuring there’s something for everyone. The ski school and lifts are 300 metres away from the Residence Les Balcons du Soleil.
