St Gervais Mont Blanc Holiday Information
A pretty Savoyard market town, Saint Gervais Mont Blanc is a delightful ski resort during the winter full with traditional buildings and pedestianised walkways.
Saint Gervais is located at an altitude of 850m close to the neighbouring villages of Le Fayet (580m), Saint Nicolas de Veroce (1150m) and les Bettex (1400m).
The area surrounding St Gervais Mont Blanc includes 445 km of ski runs with over 100 ski lifts and you can reach the resort of Megeve easily as St Gervais is part of the Evasion Mont Blanc skiing area. There are marked mountain walks if you don a pair of snow shoes, and a choice of cross country trails (156 km) to follow, as well as three snow parks.
In the immediate vicinity of St Gervais there are 8 black runs, 18 red, 13 blue and 8 easy green runs for skiers and snowboarders. There is a snowpark with obstacles and jumps too, as well as 28 km of cross country trails.
