Take a tour of the city of Hamburg

The enchanting Hamburger Kunsthalle und Galerie der Gegenwart is the best place to see a grand assortment of modern and ancient art. If you want to experience some of Hamburg local history then take a walk around the Museum für Hamburgische Geschichte, home of a miniature model of 'Hammaburg', a medieval settlement which bears it's name in the title of the city. At the end of a busy day of exploration it is well worth sampling some of the fine cuisine at one of the many local restaurants. Many of the favourite local dishes make use of organic ingredients which are provided by the Hamburg farmers.
