The hotel has a main restaurant, a beach restaurant and an a la carte restaurant. There is also a lagoon bar, a poolside snack bar a beach bar and a main bar.

The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the Main Restaurant. Full American breakfast (7am to 10am), Long sleeper breakfast (10am for half an hour continental style) lunch (12.30 to 2.30pm), dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), children's early suppers from 7pm to 8pm, accompanied by soft drinks, juices, local beer and wine white or red all in self-service, Mareblue Theme Buffet evening: twice per week, lunch basket with light food that includes cold sandwiches, fruits, cakes, juice and mineral water, instead of lunch or dinner, a la carte beach restaurant from 7pm to 10pm (Six days per week, reservation required), snacks from pool bar (11.30pm to 4pm), sandwiches, cheese pies, sausage rolls, pizza, French fries, etc (Self-service). Between 10.30 and 11pm beverages, soft drinks, juices, local beer and wine, local and imported spirits, cocktails all in self-service. Champagne, brand named and premium drinks not included in AI programme but are available with a 40 percent reduction on the bar price list, coffee or tea with a variety of cakes and biscuits from 4pm until 5pm and ice cream from 11.30am to 5.30pm, refrigerator in room with mineral water and chocolates for the children.
