Yaliskari bay has a sandy beach with canoes and pedaloes for hire, as well as the usual parasols and sun loungers you’d expect from a Corfu beach holiday. If you want a change of scenery or want to find a quieter beach on your holidays in Yaliskari you can walk or drive to the nearby resorts of Agios Gordios, and Pelekas or take a bus to the hillside village of Sinaredes. The pretty coastal villages of Agni and Kalami can be reached within a short drive if you get a hire car, as can the other stunning beaches along the coast such as Kontogialos beach and Glyfada beach. You can also reach Corfu Town by public transport or hire car and discover the Venetian architecture, or experience the lively nightlife and learn more about the island in the Archaeological Museum for an all round cultural Corfu holiday.
You could also take a boat trip around the island and sail over to mainland Greece if you have some spare days on your holidays in Yaliskari.

The shallow end is a paradise for sea life and night dives are available for the chance to see the Bonella viridis crabs and crustaceans underwater, followed by a BBQ on the lonely pebble beach. Visit Kalami, set between Agni and the more quiet harbour of Kouloura, for the ideal beach for families with both young children and teenagers.
