Overview

The Sea Side Resort and Spa Hotel sits in a hillside location directly overlooking the coast in a quiet area of picturesque Agia Pelagia. Situated in the middle of Crete, Agia Pelagia allows visitors to explore the island in full as most places can be reached within two and a half hours.

You can expect a high standard of accommodation in the Sensimar Hotel’s 245 guestrooms. All rooms are air conditioned and have a balcony or terrace as well as satellite television and a fridge.

In the hotels Euphoria Spa Centre you can relax and enjoy the indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy treatments or a relaxing sauna or Hammam. Experienced staff are also available to provide you with a body massage, cosmetic face or body treatments or perhaps a manicure or pedicure.

Agia Pelagia itself has a narrow beach edged with tavernas and is the ideal location for water sports including water skiing, windsurfing and canoeing. Shopping consists of souvenirs, gold and silver shops, internet cafes, an ATM and supermarkets and the nightlife is quieter here with no large clubs just a few bars and cafes.

Swimming pools

The hotel has two main swimming pools. One is an active pool and one is a relax pool. There is also a children’s pool and a Jacuzzi on the top floor of the hotel where you can enjoy the panoramic views. Sunbeds and parasols are available free of charge by the pool areas.

Eating and drinking

The hotel has a main themed restaurant with a large terrace, a Cretan gourmet restaurant, a fish restaurant, a snack bar serving light snacks at lunchtime, a main bar, a private bar and two pool bars.
