Overview

The Ammon Zeus is a four-star hotel situated in the Kallithea area of Halkidiki. The beach, on which Ammon Zeus was built, is one of the cleanest in Halkidiki and is awarded with a “Blue Flag” of the European Union. Refurbished in 2000, the Ammon Zeus Hotel sit on the same spot as the Russian Monastery of Mount Athos. The small church inside the hotel dates back to the 18th century and next to the hotel is the temple of Ammon Zeus.

The Hotel Ammon Zeus has a total of 112 rooms and 14 suites, all of which are equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, a TV and a balcony or terrace. The hotel has a restaurant where guests can have breakfast, choosing from a large variety of different kinds of bread, cheese, fruit juices as well as traditional Greek dishes for lunch and dinner. Both the lounge bar and the pool bar serve food and drinks also.

The endless, well-organised beach, covered with fine sand, is only 20 metres from the hotel and there you will find umbrellas and sun beds. The snack bar, open from early in the morning, serves drinks and snacks to guests enjoying the sea and beach. Water sports are also an option with water skiing, jet skis and sea bikes, among others, all available.
