Ammes Studios

Overview

The Ammes Studios occupy a great location just above the small but charming Ammes beach and is perfect for a relaxed holiday close to the capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli. The resort of Ammes is part of Svoronata village which has a super market, restaurants, bars and also a port. The resort has very little nightlife so expect peace and tranquility. For nightlife and shopping head for Lassi, four miles away, or the larger Argostoli, seven miles away.

These pleasant studios have their own supermarket as well as a swimming pool, a restaurant and a pool bar. Rooms have air conditioning, satellite television, a kitchenette and a balcony and from this elevated position there are great views out across the Ionian Sea.

There are several great beaches in the surrounding area - just beyond the village, a side road winds down the hillside for just over a mile to the lovely uncrowded sandy beach of Avithos and the attractive resort of Lassi has two superb beaches of soft pale sand which shelve gently into the crystal clear water and are thought to be among the best beaches anywhere in Greece (Makris and Platis Yialos).
