A holiday at Pantheon Apartments is the right choice for couples and families looking for cheap holidays to Kos, close to the beach and the resort centre. It is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the steep hilly location.

Kefalos is a quiet, laid-back resort suitable for couples and families. Its atmosphere is traditionally Greek and this is reinforced by the beautiful village of Kefalos which overlooks the resort . The ruined fort perched on the edge of the village is lit up at night.

Swimming pools

The Pantheon has a large swimming pool and separate children’s pool, a pool bar (open high season) an indoor bar & reception area and restaurant. Facilities include safety deposit boxes, exchange, pool table, satellite TV, internet computers, WiFi connections and a sizeable library of books. There is also a courtesy bus provided to take the strain out of the hill!

Eating and drinking

The studios have a pool bar. Snacks are served all day and there is also a full evening restaurant serving local and international cuisine. The bar is open all day and has a pool table and satellite TV.

Breakfast consists of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, juice, yoghurt, honey, chocolate spread, cornflakes, toast and jams. Cooked breakfasts are available and are payable locally. Evening meals are served in the restaurant and on the hotel terrace overlooking Kamari Bay. There are 3 courses, each with 2 choices covering a range of Greek, international and vegetarian cuisine.

Accommodation

The 36 rooms spread over two blocks of accommodation are tastefully, but simply furnished with either balcony or terrace. Each room has a kitchen area with toaster, kettle, cooking rings and a traditional “wet room” style bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Air conditioning is payable locally. The Pantheon serves breakfast from 08.00 until 10.00 and snacks until 14.30 each day. Evening meals are served from 19.00 until 21.00. The weekly Quiz Night and Music Night accompanied by a barbecue are popular. (These events run subject to minimum numbers). Private yoga classes and accu-massage sessions can be booked through reception and are taken by fully trained English speaking professionals.
