The Gaia palace hotel is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring the many attractions of Kos. Swim in the sea, enjoy the sunshine and relax by the pool at this luxurious 5 star hotel.

The hotel itself offers rooms in the main building or in separate two floor bungalows. Inside the main building is an original Greek style lobby, reception and lounge area. The hotel has all the conveniences you would expect from a 5 star such as an Internet corner, bar, restaurant and TV area. Rooms are both comfortable and elegant, with either a balcony or terrace, where you could enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set. There are 3 fantastic outdoor freshwater pools with deckchairs and umbrellas with 3 separate pools for children. If you fancy being a little more energetic you can take advantage of the gym, spa and sports courts.

Swimming pools

Choose from one of three freshwater outdoor pools, each with deckchairs and umbrellas. There are also 3 separate children’s pools and a baby pool which is ideal for families.

Eating and drinking

Enjoy the grand buffet for breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and enjoy snacks from the pool bar.

Coffee & Tea Time 16:00 – 17:00 Cake & cookies are served with filter coffee & tea.

For the kids only 11:00 – 17:00 ice cream.

Early Breakfast 05:00-07:00 (Continental) & Lunch basket for excursions on request, by the guide, at the Front Office, by 20:00 hours, at least one day prior.

Lunch basket includes: Sandwich (vegetarian on request), fruit and bottle of water.

Meals: In buffet-style, with theme nights such as Greek and other special nights are organized. Show cooking three (3) times per week.

Umbrellas & Sun beds: At the disposal of our guests around the swimming pool free of charge.

Sports within premises free of charge:

Tennis court (hard) including equipment, beach volley, basket – volleyball field, table tennis and Gym.

For our little friends: Kids playground, Kids pool, Kids Disco & Mini club for kids 4-12 years old (organized by the Tour Operators and NOT by the hotel).

Extra charge:

All-inclusive services end at 23:00. Consumptions after that time require payment.

Sun beds & umbrellas by the beach.

Beach Parties (once a week, by the beach).

The all-inclusive policy

No alcohol served to children under the age of 18 years.

The A/I services begin after check-in and are valid until the day of departure.

Hotel Restrictions

Room towels are not allowed to use on the pools and beach.

One is permitted to consume served consumables ON OUTLET PREMISES ONLY as carrying

them beyond is forbidden by the Greek law and is subject to penalties from tax authorities.

Swimming suites are not allowed during dinner in the restaurant.

Check-out time 12:00 the day of departure.

Beginning and end of season permits modifications in the animation & the outlets operation.

A/I departments: Main restaurant, Pool bar 10:00 – 23:00 & Lobby bar 16:30 – 23:00.

Accommodation

There are double, triple or family rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, Satellite TV with separated receiver, telephone, safe, wireless internet, private bath with Jacuzzi, balcony or terrace. The family rooms also have two sleeping rooms.
