Overview
Situated on the coast of the island of Kos just a few steps away from the beach, the Gaia Royal Hotel provides a fantastic place to spend an exciting holiday ideal for the whole family with some great attractions close by. Just a few minutes from the resort you can find the popular Lido Waterpark and for even more sights and entertainment you can reach Kos Town via the regular bus service that is within easy walking distance from the resort.
Set just a short stroll from the beach, this large and friendly resort provides a wide variety of entertainment and leisure facilities that will provide everything you need for a fun family break in Kos. Guests staying at the hotel can do so in comfort with the resort’s spacious rooms and apartments providing ideal accommodation for couples and families. You will find there are also plenty of ways you can enjoy your stay while at the Gaia Royal too, whether you are just looking in the gardens, by one of the outdoor pools, or try some of the activities with a tennis court, volleyball field and multi-sport field ideal for football or basketball. For entertainment that everyone can enjoy the friendly staff at the resort also provide a daily animation program with pool games, gymnastics and competitions during the day, then in the evening the fun doesn’t stop with several entertainment programs offering shows, music and more. The resort also has a large playground for children to run around in and if the adults ever feel like letting off steam then they can always work up a sweat in the fitness centre. Alternatively you could always take a break from all the fun in one of the bars and enjoy a cool drink or sit down for a bit in the comfortable bar/lounge area, which features a TV with satellite channels. Guests can also make use of the mini-market onsite for any holiday essentials and if you need any further assistance there is a 24-hour front desk that can also arrange useful services like currency exchange, safe deposit boxes and helpful information on all there is to see and do nearby.
Eating and drinking
The Gaia Royal features a restaurant with a terrace in the main building of the resort. The restaurant offers is open all day with an American buffet for breakfast, along with a buffet lunch and a complete buffet service for dinner. Themed nights are also organised at the restaurant with Greek nights and other special nights.
In addition the resort has several bars that provide a range of refreshments and drinks throughout the day, which includes two pool/snack bars and the main bar/lounge.

Early Breakfast 05:00-07:00 (Continental) & Lunch basket for excursions on request, by the guide, at the Front Office, by 20:00 hours, at least one day prior.
Lunch basket includes: Toast (vegetarian available), fruit and juice or bottle of water.
Meals: In buffet-style, with theme nights such as Greek and other special nights are organized. Show cooking three (3) times per week.
Umbrellas & Sun beds: At the disposal of our guests around the swimming pool free of charge.
Sports within premises free of charge:
Tennis court (hard) including equipment, beach volley, basket – volleyball field, table tennis and Gym.
For our little friends: Kids playground, Kids pool, Kids Disco Mini club with trained staff 4-12 years old (German speaking only).
Extra charge:
All-inclusive services end at 23:00. Consumptions after that time require payment.

The all-inclusive policy
No alcohol served to children under the age of 18 years.
The A/I services begin after check-in and are valid until the day of departure.
Hotel Restrictions
Room towels are not allowed to use on the pools and beach.
One is permitted to consume served consumables ON OUTLET PREMISES ONLY as carrying
them beyond is forbidden by the Greek law and is subject to penalties from tax authorities.
During dinner long trousers are required for men in Restaurant.
