Overview

The Kipriotis Village Resort Hotel is the combination of the traditional Aegean architecture and modern trends, built in an area of 135,000 square metres at Psalidi, only two miles from Kos Town. The village is quieter than Kos and remains peaceful and relaxed throughout the year. The sand and shingle beach is uncrowded but for a change of pace head for Lambi’s sandy beach and watersports.

Eating and drinking

The hotel has a main restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a Greek restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and a bistro offering a BBQ lunch daily. There is also a main bar, three pool bars, a beach bar and a disco bar.

The hotel operates an all inclusive programme which includes continental breakfast between 6.30am and 7.30am, full American buffet breakfast from 7.30pm to 11pm and late continental breakfast between 11am and midday, all served in the main restaurant, Macedonia. Beverages available during breakfast include filter coffee, instant iced coffee (Frappe), Greek coffee, a variety of teas, milk, chocolate and a Variety of juices. Snacks are available from the pool bar and the village café between midday and 6pm. Coffee and cake is served at the main bar, Olympus, between 5pm and 6pm. Lunch is served at the Olympic Pool snack bar from midday to 3pm or at the Ilios (BBQ) Restaurant from 12.30pm to 3pm. Dinner is served at the main restaurant from 7pm to 9pm and includes buffet style local and international cuisine, show cooking and theme nights twice a week. A children’s buffet is also available. You can also dine at the Atrium Greek Restaurant for Greek and regional specialities between 7.30pm and 10pm or at the Italian restaurant from 7.30pm to 9.30pm (reservation required for Greek and Italian restaurants). The hotel reserves the right to change the restaurants where lunch/dinner is served, and also the number of restaurants and bars in operation depending on the number of guests and the weather conditions. You can enjoy at midnight snack between 11pm and midnight at the main restaurant. During meals, soft drinks (from post mix machines), house wine (served by the glass), draught beer and still water (served by the glass) are all available. Drinks during all meals are self service. The main bar Olympus opens from 5pm to 1am for drinks (all inclusive until 11pm) and you can get ice cream, soft drinks and hot beverages from the Village Cafe Corner from midday to 6pm. The Olympic Pool Snack bar is open from midday to 4pm whilst the Ionian Pool bar opens at 10am and closes at 12.30am (all inclusive until 11pm). The Poseidon Beach bar serves from midday to 6pm and the Palmy Pool bar serves from 10.30am to 6pm. The AI package also includes one bottle of water in the room upon arrival and coffee and tea facilities, also in the rooms. Drinks available from the bars include soft drinks (from post mix machines), draught beer, wine by the glass, hot beverages (coffee, tea), espresso and cappuccino, still water by the glass and local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and cocktails.
