The beach is approximately half a mile from the Marianna Studios whilst the centre of Tigaki, and its bars and restaurants, is only 400 metres away. There are 53 studio style rooms spread across three floors at the Marianna Kos. All sleep up to three people and have a kitchenette, a balcony or terrace with garden or sea views, and air conditioning (payable locally). The studios have their own swimming pool and a sun terrace furnished with loungers and parasols. There is also a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks, a reception and a TV lounge with satellite channels.
