The Iris Hotel & Studios Complex is a modern, colorful family relaxing hotel set on a hillside 300 meters from the Traditional Afandou Village Centre with; variety of restaurants, bars, disco, night clubs, shops , super markets, and one kilometer from the Famous Afandou Beach.

This Three- Floor Hotel with stairs or elevator features 54 Guestrooms furnished in a modern style and colored drapes. All extend to furnished balconies or terraces and include direct-dial phones, bathrooms with showers, and kitchenettes with cookers and refrigerators, air-conditioning and fans.

After a rich Buffet Breakfast, guests can soak up some sun next to the pool and gardens and cool off with drinks from the poolside bar, or relax with a coffee on the terrace and take in views of Afandou Bay. The informal restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serves a variety of International and Greek dishes, with vegetarian and children’s menu available. The hotel houses a playground and a children’s pool for younger guests, a games room with video consoles, internet corner, a pool table and table tennis, darts and Air hockey, a television lounge and a bar serving a selection of local and international drinks.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Afandou Beach, one kilometer from the hotel, offers wind-surfing, jet-skiing and snorkeling, and golfers will find the nearest 18 holes course only 2 kilometers from the hotel.

Soft drinks/ beer/wine from 10:30 am until 22:30.

Local alcoholic drinks from the All-Inclusive List from 18:00 until 22:30.

Accommodation

The IRIS HOTEL offers 54 modern & comfortable studios, ideal for 2 - 3 & 4 guests. All rooms are very large, comfortable and spacious. They are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. They all include: air conditioning, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, satellite television, kitchenette, two cooking rings, fan, private bathroom with shower and WC, safety deposit box and private balcony and/or terrace with sea view.

Air conditioning is charge at 7, 00 euros per day, per room and fans are also charge at 3, 00 euros per day, per room. All charges are payable at the reception desk.

Check-in is from 14:00 (or earlier if room is available) and check-out must be by 12:00 (noon).
