Faliraki holidays are popular with families who want to stay in a lively beach resort in Rhodes with all the amenities you need to make your stay memorable and pleasant. The town has loads of blue flag beaches, as well as the largest water park in Europe, which is simply called The Water Park.
As well as spending your time relaxing on the beach, there are lots of activities to do in the town including bowling and tennis. There is also an 18-hole championship golf course nearby in Afandou, which is great for dads who want a break from the family.
There are a wide variety of restaurants in the town centre serving traditional Greek food as well as specific children’s menus. There are also a variety of beachside tavernas, where you can relax after a day on the beach, and cafes dotted throughout the town for a light bite to eat.

The Old Windmill Studios are great for families who want affordable self catering accommodation. The studios are located on the outskirts of Faliraki and there is a swimming pool with children’s section, plus a terrace with sun loungers so you can spend your days relaxing by the pool.

Rhodes Town is situated approximately 20 minutes away from Faliraki and is the capital of the island. There are a range of museums and cultural sights to see, as well as lots of restaurants and cafes where you can spend the afternoon watching the world go by.
There are a range of activities to do in the surrounding area including paragliding and bungee jumping, and there are also plenty of water sports on the beach. There is also a water park just outside of Faliraki, which is great for groups and families.
Visit Rhodes town and see the medieval fortifications and incredible historic architecture. The Apollo Temple is one of the most famous sights in Greece and is a main attraction of Rhodes, as well as the Temple of Aphrodite.
