Overview

Situated on one of Greece’s most popular and visited islands, the Xenones Lindos apartments can be found in the village of Lindos with memorable views of the nearby acropolis from the property. The apartments consist of a collection of charming and traditional studios and apartments occupying 4 individual buildings that offer a relaxing and comfortable stay in this great location. Three of the blocks are attached and the fourth is 100m away. All of the blocks offer the same comforts and standards. The property was originally built in 1980 and received several renovations with the most recent being in 2009, to ensure that its facilities and accommodation are kept to a high standard, yet it still keeps its old style charm and traditional appearance. Facilities at the apartments include its lovely restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace with the splendid backdrop view of the acropolis. There is also Wi-Fi and high-speed internet provided free throughout the complex and the reception/front desk and friendly staff can assist you with information on the best places to visit in the area along with offering services like with booking excursions/tours, currency exchange and laundry.

You will find the village of Lindos a very picturesque and historical place to explore. It is filled with traditional white washed buildings and narrow cobbled streets with its most memorable feature, the ancient acropolis situated on a hill overlooking the village. The village centre with its collection of boutique shops, charming rooftop restaurants and vibrant bars can be easily reached with a few minutes’ walk from the apartments and there are three nearby beaches to choose from where you can enjoy a variety of water sports or just relax on the golden sands. You can easily explore the attractions and neighbouring villages of the island such as the Tomb of Cleobulus by hopping on one of the regular buses that can be found just a short 10 minute walk from the town.

Please note; reception is open daily 9.00 - 23.00 (may change depending on the property occupancy) - reception hours will never influence guests arrivals or departures as there is always staff on duty at the property.

Eating and drinking

A continental-style buffet breakfast (at a charge) is available via room service between 9am and 11.30am. You can also enjoy tea/coffee, drinks and snacks, available by order from either room service or from reception. Feel free to take your food and drink and enjoy on the Roof Top Guest's Terrace, equipped with comfortable chairs , tables and a few sundecks.

For great dining experiences it is worth visiting the village centre for its great selection of local restaurants that serve both traditional Greek dishes and more international choices.

Accommodation

There are a total of 16 rooms and spacious studio and apartment rooms to stay in, with 14 studios that can sleep up to 2 people along with 2 larger apartments for up to 4 people.

Each of the apartments and studios come with modern amenities and conveniences with free air conditioning, some with kitchenette facilities, LCD TV with satellite channels, DVD player with movies available free from reception, en suite bathroom with shower and WC, minibar, Wi-Fi/high-speed internet, telephone, safe, iron/ironing board and tea/coffee maker facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the apartments and studios feature a spacious balcony or terrace where you can enjoy views of the village, sea or gardens.
