The Athanasia Villas are situated on a quiet side road in the cosmopolitan resort of Perissa, in southeast Santorini. The complex is made up of studios and maisonettes and is approximately five minutes walk away from Perissa beach. The attractive pool area at the Athanasia Villas is an ideal place for spending lazy days in the sun and there is a convenient bar for snacks and drinks.

Perissa is one of the most popular areas of Santorini Island, mainly due to its exquisite black sandy beach and its dark Aegean waters. Visitors to Perissa are offered many different activities such as water sports, swimming and sunbathing and there is a good nightlife scene with a variety of taverns, cafes, bar and beach bars on the coastal road and on its side streets. A torch is recommended for the evening walk back to the villas.
