The boutique style Mandraki Village Hotel was fully renovated and redesigned to create a luxurious, comfortable property on the Greek Island of Skiathos. The hotel is in the protected area of the Strofilia Lake, surrounded by the ecological Koukounarian parklands. The parklands, situated approximately 200 metres from the hotel, lead to the Koukounaries Beach. The beach itself has won awards and is considered to be one of the four most beautiful beaches in the world. In August 2007, the hotel provided accommodation for the cast and crew of the hit film, Mamma Mia.

Swimming pools

The hotel has 2 swimming pools including a children’s pool. The pool area is surrounded by decking and is furnished with loungers and parasols. Children can also enjoy the playground in the hotel gardens.

Eating and drinking

Elia’s is the hotel’s beautiful restaurant, and is considered by some to be the finest restaurant on the island. Mediterranean flavours are impeccably presented and impress even the most discerning of palates. The White Bar is made out of white marble and attracts both hotel and visiting guests every night. Hotel guests can enjoy their breakfast (aromatic flavoured coffees, snacks etc), lunch (crisp salads, traditional Greek cuisine, a variety of desserts etc) or their evening cocktail overlooking the pool area. Breakfast is served between 8am and 11am. The White Bar menu is served also on a Room Service basis until midnight. Finally during the summer, barbeques are organised in a space alongside the pool. Greek music accompanies barbequed fish, meat and various dishes baked in the wood oven.
