- The food in the area is influeced by its great location and being a fishing village means all restaurants offer wonderful sea food menus. All of the local hotels feature walk-in restaurants and there are several roadside warungs which offer everything from basic refreshements to local cuisine.
- The beaches around Pemuteran are perfect. Unspoiled as you would expect, they are much less crowded than the bigger resorts like Kuta. With a little adventuring and trekking along the coastline, it’s also easy to find deserted and untouched beaches, perfect for those wanting total relaxation.
