This country barn conversion, offering a total of 4 rooms, has been renovated from top to bottom, and is split into 3: the friendly, wine and olive oil producing, owner occupies the top floor while the ground floor is divided into 2 apartments, Girasole and Giglio. Parking is available for those arriving by car.
This apartment is located near the main Chiantigiana wine road, so there is some traffic noise. Otherwise just the classic noises of the Chianti countryside are all that can be heard here. The charming hilltop town of Panzano has all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, a chemist and a bank and is within walking distance at 600 m away. It also offers a frequent bus service to Florence (32 km) and Siena (32 km).
The ground floor offers a sitting/dining room and a kitchen corner with an oven, a hob and a fridge/freezer as well as a double room, a twin room and a shower room with a WC. The accommodation also features a terrace.
