SATURDAY ARRIVALS ONLY - The Hotel Sporting is a simple, traditionally styled property situated close to the Carousel 3000 in Livigno, Italy, directly at the Carsello gondola. The hotel has a popular restaurant and an excellent bar which is open throughout the day. Guests can also hire all there ski equipment at the hotel as well as obtain ski passes and book the ski school Centrale (a good choice for families with children as it offers a mini club for the youngest, where they can enjoy playing with competent and qualified staff).

The duty-free resort of Livigno nestles between the North and Southern Alps, close to the Swiss border and is the perfect choice for those seeking great skiing and lively good value apres ski. There are loads of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to entertain you in the resorts pedestrian area two thirds of a mile from the Hotel Sporting. The ski area in Livigno is best suited for beginners and intermediates as there are plenty of long, wide-open slopes and excellent ski schools.

Furnished in typical alpine style, the hotel’s restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers authentic local dishes. There is also a bar which opens from 7am until late and is perfect for a quick breakfast before a day on the slopes, a lunchtime break and a hot chocolate, a pre dinner aperitif or an after dinner cocktail.
