The Hotel Britannia Excelsior is found in the small provincial settlement of Cadenabbia, on the shores of the beautiful Lake Como. Lake Como is found around half an hour north of Milan in northern Italy, in the foothills of the Italian Alps.

The village of Cadenabbia is situated on the western shore of the lake, right next to the larger town of Girante. Cadenabbia is an ancient town that was once a stop off point for boatmen on the lake, but has since been visited by many prestigious names, such as Queen Victoria.

The historic town is home to the Hotel Britannia Excelsior, which was originally an in dating back to the 19th century. The luxurious hotel is beautifully furnished in a classical style and provides wonderful views of Lake Como and the surrounding areas. The hotel is only 50 metres from the ferry dock enabling visitors to easily explore the towns doted along the lake’s edge.
