• A visit to Porto San Giorgio would not be complete without sampling some of the beautiful fresh seafood caught local and cooked fresh.The fish and seafood that are served at the towns seafront restaurants are second to none. Brodetto is the traditional dish of the Marche region, it is a delicious fish stew made with fresh ingredients and available at most traditional restaurants.
