Hotel Continental Sorrento

Overview

Said to be located in one of the best positions in Sorrento, the Continental Hotel overlooks the bay of Naples and is just five minutes walk from the popular Piazza Tasso with its selection of eateries and bars. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed and the accommodation is comfortable and inviting. The swimming pool is large and has a shallow end for children. It is not necessary to have a car if staying at the Continental due to its superb positioning in the centre of the resort.

Whilst in Sorrento, make sure a visit to the Valley of the Mills is on your list; take binoculars and a camera and head to Fuorimura Street behind Piazza Tasso for one of the best views. From Piazza Tasso, a five to ten minute walk takes you to the docks where a hydrofoil can be taken to Naples or a variety of other locations along the Amalfi Coast. You should see Vesuvius on the skyline everyday, so wearing a pair of good walking shoes or trainers make sure this is a visit you don`t miss.
