The hotel is located right in front of the Venetian lagoon, around 15 minutes by boat from St Mark's Square and roughly 5 minutes from the sea. Further sightseeing attractions of the city can be easily reached by water bus.

The pleasant rooms each have a bathroom with hairdryer, as well as a minibar, a direct dial telephone and a hire safe. All rooms are non-smoking, and rooms offering disabled access can be reserved on request.
