The hotel has 2 salt water swimming pools, one of which is heated and at sea level with direct access to the sea. There is also a separate children`s pool . The indoor pool is located on the second floor.

The hotel has 2 restaurants, 3 bars and a pub serving hot and cold snacks. As from 1st April 2007, the hotel will offer guests staying at the Pestana Carlton Madeira the choice to join in a dining adventure to the Pestana Casino Park, where exciting buffet menus and state of the art entertainment will be available. Transportation is available going and guests are free to decide how they want to come back (only a 250 metre stroll on the way back) or start the night at the Casino da Madeira or explore the towns night life. Guests can also stay at the Pestana Carlton Madeira and dine at the Taverna Grill, with a daily menu suggestion from the chef, or simply from the a la carte menu, or for those who will prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, the menu of our English Pub.
