Located on a high ridge with views across the valley and down to the sea at Marsalforn, this attractively converted farmhouse hotel is run by a family and offers a homely atmosphere. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange. A café, a bar and a restaurant are also offered for dining options and Internet access is also available. Room and laundry services (charges apply) and parking facilities are additionally provided.

Location

Ideally situated, the hotel is a mere ten-minute drive from any locality in Gozo, on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Xaghra, and a stone's throw away from the ever-popular Marsalforn Bay, the picturesque sandy beach of Ramla Bay or the flat rock beach of Ghajn Barrani. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and public transport within walking distance.

Rooms

Accommodation is in rustic, air-conditioned twin rooms. Facilities include an en suite bathroom, a balcony or terrace, cable TV, music, ceiling fans, minibar, hairdryer, trouser press and direct dial telephone.

Sport

The hotel makes a special feature of its grounds with two saltwater swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and a children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided. Guests are also able to dance to the live music provided by the Spectrum.

Meals

Breakfast and dinner are either served or buffet-style according to occupancy. Poolside barbecues are held twice a week in summer (weather permitting) and guests can choose from a mouth-watering selection of fresh fish, meats, vegetables and freshly picked fruit. In the winter guests are able to help themselves from the carvery buffet every Friday night with the Spectrum band in attendance.
